Enforceable undertakings

If ASQA is satisfied that a person has contravened offence or civil penalty provisions, ASQA may accept a written undertaking given by that person.

In a written undertaking, the person will commit to doing and/or not doing certain things.

If the person breaches that undertaking, ASQA may apply its enforcement powers and refer the matter to the Federal Court or the Federal Circuit Court.

This action is covered under section 146 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011.

ASQA may choose to publish some current enforceable undertakings on this page.

Date undertaking accepted: Tuesday, September 5, 2017
